Is registration free?

Yes. You can register, set up your school, design your form, and start receiving applications completely free. You only need units when you approve an applicant.

How much does it cost to approve an application?

Each approval costs 1 unit. The cost per unit is $0.30. You need a minimum purchase of 50 units ($15) to get started.

Do units expire?

No. Unused units never expire. Buy them when you need them, and they'll be available for future sessions too.

Can I charge applicants a form fee?

Absolutely. Set your form fee amount in Settings. Applicants pay online before the form unlocks. Payments are settled directly to your bank account.

Can I import previous years' admission data?

Yes. You can import historical admission records into the portal. Each imported student costs 1 unit, the same as a new approval. This builds a complete student directory from day one.

Can parents continue the application on a different device?

Yes. After payment, the applicant receives an email with their payment reference and a direct link to continue. They can also enter their reference manually on the form page to resume.

Can I embed the form on my school website?

Yes. Your admission form has a unique public URL that can be embedded in an iframe on your own website. It works seamlessly within your existing site.

How do applicants check their application status?

Applicants use the Check Status page with their application number and email. They can also edit their application while it's still pending or marked for correction.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. The platform supports scheduled automatic cloud backups as well as manual backups to your own Google Drive. You can restore from any backup at any time.
