No, you can’t. Each license is tied to a single PC. However, if on a networked environment other PCs can use the license of the server i.e. One license can be used by many PCs.

I have Primary and Secondary Schools, can I use one license for the two schools?

You can use one license for the schools if they share the same details like logo, school name, school head, etc. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase two licenses.

How many students can I use a license for?

It is unlimited.

What if I get a new PC, how can I transfer my data to the new PC?

You can do a backup and restore it on the new PC.
